Cash in

The “Cash In” feature enables adding funds to your card account in any currency through ATM transactions. The service can only be used at “Cash In” ATMs.

Transfer procedure:

Insert your card into the ATM;

Select the language for service;

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN);

Select the “Payments” option from the ATM menu;

Select the “Cash in” operation;

Enter the payment amount and select the “Make Payment” button;

If you confirm the card number and payment amount, select the “CONFIRM” button;

At the end of the transaction, a confirmation receipt will be printed;

Service commission fees:

The commission fee for transferring funds is 1% (min. 1 AZN) for salary cards, and 0% for debit cards. r.

Cash by Code

Terms of service:

The “Cash-by-Code” service allows you to send money from your card account via an ATM and receive them at an ATM without using a card.

This service is available to all Kapital Bank plastic card users, except for pension and social assistance cards. Any individual may receive funds via the “Cash-by-Code” service.

Funds sent via the Card-to-Card service are credited to the recipient account immediately.

Transfer procedure:

Insert your card into the ATM;

Select the language for service;

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN);

Select the “payments” section in the ATM/Info desk menu;

Go to the “Cash-by-Code” menu and agree to pay the corresponding commission for the service;

Enter the recipient’s mobile phone number and the transfer amount.

Service commission fees:

The commission fee for transferring funds is 1% (min. 1 AZN) (deducted from the sender's account)

A two-part code will be generated by the system. The first part (Code 1) will be delivered via SMS to the recipient’s mobile number, and the second part (Code 2) will be printed on the receipt and kept by the sender. The sender provides the second part of the code to the recipient. To withdraw cash, the recipient must enter both parts of the code. The code remains valid for 24 hours.

To receive a transfer through the “Cash-by-Code” service, an individual approaches any Kapital Bank ATM, presses the button at the top right corner, and selects the “Cash-by-Code” option from the displayed menu. In the displayed window, the recipient enters both parts of the code. To confirm the transaction, the customer must also input the expected transfer amount in the corresponding menu window. If all provided details (code and transfer amount) are correct, the ATM will provide the specified cash.
