Setting a new PIN code for the card 

This guideline may be applied in the situations listed below: 

• Via the “Birbank” application 
• At any ATM 
• By contacting the 196 Call Center 

Setting the PIN code in the “Birbank” application 

A new PIN code can be set for your card through the “Birbank” application in only a few minutes: 

• Tap on the card you wish to select
• From the displayed window, select the “Change PIN” option
• Finally, enter your desired four-digit new PIN code in the “Enter Code” section 

Setting a new PIN code at an ATM: 

• Insert your card into the ATM
• Enter the 4 digits you want in the box that appears on the screen
• Then re-enter those digits at the end 

Setting a PIN code at the 196 Information Center 

• For this purpose, dial 196 using your personal phone number
• Complete the PIN code setup by adhering to the operator’s guidance 

Changing the PIN code of the card 

You may change your card PIN free of charge by using one of the two options listed below 

• Via the “Birbank” application
• At any ATM 

The following points should be taken into account when changing your PIN code: 

• When changing your PIN, refrain from choosing repetitive or sequential combinations like 1111 or 1234
• For your security, do not use the same PIN for all of your payment cards
• For any problems with your payment card, contact the 196 Information Center which is available 24/7 

Changing the PIN code at an ATM 

• Insert your card into the ATM
• Enter your current PIN code
• In the ATM menu, select the “Change PIN” option
• From the displayed window, re-enter the old PIN
• Enter the 4 digits you want in the box that appears on the screen and press the “ENTER” button
• Re-enter your new PIN code and press “ENTER” again
• Operation completed successfully
