You can easily delete your “Birbank” profile by following a few simple steps below. If it is not possible to delete your profile via the “Birbank” app, you may contact the 196 Information Center.
From the main page of the app, go to the “More” section.

On the “Settings” page, click on “Delete Profile.”

Upon clicking the “Delete Profile” button, a confirmation popup will appear.

Once you confirm the deletion, your profile and all related information will be completely removed from the “Birbank” app

Your profile has been completely deleted. You can simply register again to access the app. We will always be happy to see you at “Birbank”!
