Here are the latest campaigns, offers, and changes to our banking terms and conditions:

 

**Platinum Miles Campaign Extended:** Use your miles to cover your winter travel expenses. We've extended our campaign, originally scheduled to end on September 30, until December 31, 2026. You can now use your accumulated miles to cover flight tickets, hotel bookings, and travel agency expenses paid with your Birbank Platinum Miles card. You can use both miles earned before the campaign and those collected during the campaign period.

 

**“Yığ və qazan” Lottery:** The “Yığ və qazan” lottery runs from October 8, 2026, to January 8, 2027. New and existing customers with an AZN or USD Savings Account can earn entries by opening an account, adding funds, enabling automatic top-ups, or keeping new funds in their account. A total of 507 winners will be selected across 3 draws, with a grand prize of 50,000 AZN up for grabs in the final draw.

 

**Special Loan Offer for Education Professionals:** We've launched a special loan campaign for education professionals, available until October 31, 2026. Eligible customers can get a cash loan with a discount of up to 7%, borrow up to 80,000 AZN, or consolidate loans from other banks at Birbank. Loan terms range from 3 to 59 months.

 

**Changes to Fees for Card and Current Account Details at Branches:** No need to visit a branch or wait in line. You can get your card and current account details directly through the Birbank app in just a few taps, anytime and completely free of charge. Starting November 13, 2026, a service fee of 10 AZN per set of details will apply when requesting card or current account details at our branches. To avoid this fee, simply access your account details for free through the Birbank app.

 

**Changes to Cash Withdrawal Fees via POS Terminals at Branches:** You can continue withdrawing cash from your Birbank debit card without commission, within your individual withdrawal limit, at nearly 1,300 Kapital Bank ATMs. Starting November 13, 2026, new fees will apply to cash withdrawals made through POS terminals at our branches. A 1% commission will be charged on the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of 1 AZN, 1 EUR, or 1 USD, depending on the transaction currency. These changes apply only to cash withdrawals made through POS terminals at branches. ATM withdrawal terms remain unchanged.
