Select your card and use the services available in the opened section. You can complete PIN operations in the Birbank app free of charge, without visiting a branch.
Starting from September 8, 2026, the tariffs for these operations in branches will change. After this date, when visiting a bank branch to change a PIN code or reset PIN attempts, a service fee of 5 AZN will be applied for each service.
To avoid additional costs and complete the operations more quickly, customers can carry out PIN operations through the Birbank app.
