What is the Ninja offer?
It is an offer that allows you to split your one-time payments (made via POS terminal or online) as well as the amounts you withdraw or transfer using Birbank installment cards into installments for a certain commission fee.
How can I use the Ninja offer?
Through the Birbank mobile app:
Via app notification — After making a one-time payment, cash withdrawal, or transfer of at least 20 AZN with your installment card, you will receive a notification in the Birbank app regarding the Ninja offer. If you have the Birbank app or have logged in at least once in the last 60 days, you will receive this notification. When you tap the link in the notification, the “Ninja” page will open, and you will be able to split the amount into monthly installments.
From the “More” section under the “Ninja” page — By visiting this page, you can view the list of transactions eligible for the Ninja offer, as well as the history of previous Ninja offers you have used.
From transaction receipts in the app — By tapping the “Split with Ninja” button at the bottom of the receipt, you can activate the Ninja offer for that specific transaction.
When will I receive a Ninja offer?
You will receive a Ninja offer when you make a one-time payment, cash withdrawal, or transfer using your Birbank installment card.
How long is the Ninja offer valid?
The Ninja offer is valid for 24 hours from the moment you make the one-time payment, cash withdrawal, or transfer.
In which cases is the Ninja offer not sent?
When your payments fall under the following MCC codes*: 6532, 6536, 6533.
* MCC code — a code that identifies the type of business or activity of the merchant.
